This video for PCPartPicker explains how to use the websites’ services while following the story of Jim. The key to a useful explainer video is capturing the audiences feelings about the problem while showing them the solution.

While writing the script for this video, I spoke to my partner on the media production side of the project. He shared his struggles when building his gaming PC. Those barriers where the main sources of conflict in the script and allowed us to create an explainer that shows real problems from real people.
